STORE POLICY DECEMBER 1, 2016

1)  SAVE your dated and numbered INVOICE for PROOF-OF-PURCHASE; your INVOICE must accompany all CLAIMS.

2)  All PURCHASES approved: CASH, CHECK, PAY-PAL, FINANCE, or CHARGE; minimum 10% SERVICE FEE on any returned transaction (as per our discretion).

3)  All SPECIAL ORDERS are NON-RETURNABLE, and are subject to a minimum 50% DEPOSIT (non-refundable unless un-deliverable).

4)  All REPAIRS are subject to a BENCH FEE DEPOSIT (as per our discretion); and, any REPAIRS left past 60-Days of completion are subject to a MECHANICS LIEN; a 30-Day NOTICE via a “USPS Certified Letter” will be given; afterward the item will be SOLD to satisfy the amount due, plus any costs incurred in giving notice.

5)  All PURCHASES sold “AS-IS” are FINAL and are excluded from any TRADE-INS, WARRANTIES (FACTORY or STORE), any STORE SERVICE, or any REFUNDS.

6)  We extend NO FACTORY WARRANTIES on any PURCHASES, either EXPRESSED or IMPLIED; all STORE WARRANTIES are limited to 30-DAYS (NEW or USED); SHIPPING & HANDLING are additional costs (as per our discretion).

7)  All PURCHASES are covered up to 10-Days by our STORE SERVICE: we will adjust, repair, replace, or exchange (as per our discretion).

8)  REFUNDS on any PURCHASES will be allowed up to 10-Days, subject to a minimum 10% RE-STOCKING FEE (as per our discretion).

9)  Supersedes any prior STORE POLICY, and is subject to change without any prior notice.
